well, so far i’ve been trying to go for either a walk or a jog at least every second day. for the last two days i went for a jog, which is good, and on monday i went for an hour long walk.
i’m not tracking weight, because i don’t need to lose weight. but that doesn’t mean i’m in shape, so i figure the more walking and jogging i do, the better it’ll be for me.
i need to find some upper arm strength and abdominal muscle exercises to do… but i’ll get around to that.
