This one’s kinda interesting… it’s not the remembering the dreams that’s the problem. It’s not even writing them down, really. It’s doing it consistantly. As in, more than once every 3 months. Even once a week would be nice right now, instead of the current sporadic pattern. Maybe if I start with the once a week theory, then work my way from there, I can eventually get where I want to be.

Not sure if it’s really properly completing the goal, but I am on my way there. I remembered the dream I had 3 nights ago, and I wrote it all (3 A4 pages worth, phew) down. Haven’t gone through it in detail yet, but hey, I wrote it down. That’s a pretty good start, I reckon.
I’ll buy a journal to write in tomorrow. I’ll start writing in it on Wednesday, or on the first day I remember a dream after tomorrow.
I’ve sort of…no completely neglected to do this at all recently, but I’m going to try and at least make an effort to record my dreams starting today. If I put a journal and a pen right next to my bed, and set my alarm a little early so I actually have time, that might help.
I’ve been avoiding this for way too long, I really should start. If I keep my notebook right next to my bed I might have more luck.
