...when I actually started working on my room. I think it was last summer (05). I’m painting it green and doing a sort of Asian theme to it. Anyway, only one wall is painted at the moment. I have some bamboo shades to put up when I finally finish painting, and a new bedspread that doesn’t really match the color yet. My ultimate goal is to paint a large canvas (or possibly a series of smaller ones) to go over my bed.
Trouble is, I’ve found recently that my color preferences are changing. I’m turning into more of a bright green, yellow, and orange fan where I was previously in love with cooler greens, blues, and grays (which is the current color scheme working out in my room). So, barring the fact that I have no TIME to work on this anyway, I also have no motivation to continue decorating my room with colors that I’m not as attracted to anymore.
Still living with my family, though, so they get a lot of say in what I do and don’t do in here. According to mi madre? Green will sell better than yellow and orange. ;p
