Now it’s more like 70-80lbs. sigh
Since I’m very overweight for my height, I need to start slow before I can really think about doing things like cardio classes, etc. So I signed up at americaonthemove.org and I’m tracking how many miles a day I walk. So far I’m not doing too badly. On the average about 4 miles a day. My feet are really starting to hate me though….
