Seriously.. it helps to just start doing SOMETHING toward this goal. Get up, stretch. Even if you don’t know a posture… you’re probably doing one.
Then start surrounding yourself with reminders and intriguing artifacts relating to this. Figurines in postures, yoga magazines, images of yoga or things that remind you to do it… maybe keep a journal and write about the postures. :} And accept that these small things are part of your practice.
That’s what I’ve been doing and it’s helped me, slowly but surely, to increase my yoga practice.
