Been doing WW since Friday. I haven’t stuck to it “to the letter”, but I have been eating much more healthy the past few days. :O) Tonight’s dinner: lean beef and veggie shish-ka-bobs. Yum!

working on the emotionsal. Got a little “help” on that one and it’s working out nicely.
Tonight I will go back to Weight Watchers. First step toward a more healthy me.
I will be going to WW with a neighbor and it will be really nice to have someone to do this with.
