Saturday night I made Alaskan Salmon w/brown rice and broccoli. Sunday night I made crab cakes w/buttered pasta and butter beans.

I’ve been cooking a lot more! I made my Chicken Sauteed Mango recipe again. I modified it a little bit and I think I have it down.
I’m definitely cooking a lot more. I’ve tried a few new, healthy recipes, which was pretty cool.
I’ve been cooking regularly for at least a month now. It;s going really well. I’ve been experimenting some and cooked some really good stir fry tonight. I’ve started eating salads more as well and have spiced things up with dried raspberries and feta and goat cheeses.
Cooking thai coconut chicken on white rice w/naan tonight. been cooking a couple times a week and eating lunch from home often
Cooked dinner 2 times this week. That’s a start. My new schedule is a little hectic, but I’ve scheduled in cooking and exercising.
Cooked spaghetti tonight! Trying to stop throwing my money out the door on dining out all of the time.
