stop biting my fingernails

I’m still biting my nails, but I’m trying not to! They’re getting longer thanks to taking my daily vitamins.

Totally losing this battle

Mike has been telling me to stop biting my nails every time he sees me biting them. It hasn’t helped much, but maybe it will kick in after a while. :)

Well, I tore all of my fake nails off and now I am back to nails that are chewed down to the finger tip. I barely made it a week w/the fake nails. They drove me insane. I guess I need to work up to having real nails that are longer and I need to stop biting them.

Just got fake nails. They’re driving me insane, but at least I can’t bit my nails anymore. It doesn’t do any good. They’re as hard as a rock and they’re not coming off.

Completely failing at this lately. Mike’s been doing a good job at letting me know when I do it though.

Mike has been hounding me about this every day. I can’t complain a bit though. I’m glad, because I want to stop doing this!

Just got a manicure and 3 days later the polish is gone and my nails are bitten down to nothing

Got a manicure this weekend, which is helping to curb my nail biting. Mike keeps hounding me about it too, so that I’ll stop doing it.

I give up!
