Well, I made my Chicken Sauteed Mango recipe again. I modified it a little bit and I think I have it down. Now on to a new recipe!
Just remembered, I came up with another quick, easy, yummy, healthy meal. It’s sloppy joes with fake meat on steamed tortilla shells.
Made guacamole this week. That’s not really a meal, but it was good and healthy. The fat isn’t great, but in limited portions it’s a good snack. The fat is also a good kind of fat.
Made Mango Sauted Chicken tonight. It was great and healthy!
Made stuffed peppers. They were very, very healthy. Used fake meat as usual. They were pretty good.
I’m adopting this goal, because it will help one of my other goals and it’s a short obtainable goal. Looking forward to trying new recipes! Let me know if anyone has any they’d like to send!
