Okay, so I have a dance performance coming up in a month and I want to look good. My bf took some photos of me and I was like: Yikes! So today is day one. I’m also not going to drink until the performance. I’ve lost weight before, and it is not that hard for me, here is what I’ve found works:
Keep a food diary. For one reason or another, writing down everything I eat helps more than just about anything else. And when it doesn’t, I can look back and see why not.
