i haven’t had the chance to try any of the three sports i said i was going to try again but at least i’m back to jogging more often even if it’s just for 30 minutes =)

before the year ends, i have to have given boxing or frisbee or flag football or all three of it a try – for transit try it =)
i think i now have more reason to be active because of the column try it for transit. i’ve just been writing about things i tried the first time ages ago. i should start trying out new things to write about. hmmm, we’ll see =)
with lots of free time, i am finally able to be more active! ironic but true!!! i go to the gym at least 3 times a week (hopefully i can keep up with this) and my friends and i try to play badminton as much as we can!=)
there’s so much to well being and one very important aspect of it is staying active by doing worthwhile things so i hope to do any of the following everyday: go to the gym, play sports or do house chores=)
