SO close

In a few weeks my mom and me are going to a spa and have a day for ourselves. I thought this would be a good opportunity for a hot stone massage but it turns out that we’re going for another set of treatments. No massages; my mother has a shoulder/rib injury and doesn’t want anyone kneading her body like that. I can understand that. Too bad, some other time.

Budget

It’s 75 euros to have a hot stone massage at a centre near my house. I don’t know if I’ll go there but I’m taking this as a guideline. And I will simply save up for this because I also very much need to take care of that budget of mine. Will be working less, spending more (on the kiddies).

Babysat

This week my mother is coming over on Thursday, as it will be her regular babysitting day. Now I was wondering if this would be a good day to have a massage, or maybe that it’s a little to early for that. My stomach is still healing and my body is still not up to snuff (especially energy levels) so I’m not entirely sure. I could also do this later in the year when we’ll be going to a spa and I could make it part of the package there.

I will ponder a little more…

(Also I must find a good place here in Amsterdam that does this, if I’m not doing it in the spa!)
