Focus!

Do the work!

Okay, to be very prosaic about it: my mission for today is to take care of the laundry situation.

My main goal is not to squander away my free Saturday by sitting behind the computer and generally being uselessly geeky but I will be a little more specific. And, sadly, I need to have two goals today: one personal and one work-related.

1. Pick up my fountain pen from the repair shop yep
2. Arrange for the interview shoot to take place yep, Tuesday

With regards to the first overall goal I mentioned just now, I will now log off. Bye!

I will set one mission for each day – but it is absolutely vital that I complete it.

Today’s mission: Sort out the c-a project: participants, documentation, etc.

I will list my to-do list elsewhere.

DONE

Today I have done very little. I should at least some things done in order to call this day a bit of a useful one. Here goes:

1. Put laundry in machine, turn it on, etc.

Also, in the mean time: Spray waterproof stuff on boots

2. Make report of talk with H. as well as research plan for R.

3. Check work mail to see if dorkhead has done some work for us.

4. Do some grocery shopping of some sort or other.

5. Print out train tickets for Thalys as well details for hotel in Paris so that I won’t forget to do that tomorrow.

6. Pack my bag already because I need to leave early tomorrow, even though I’m only going to Paris in the evening.

Gah, that is a still a lot of work! Ew…

Work all day long and get stuff finished so that I am no longer behind but totally on top of it!

For today: upload the blogs, pictures and whatnot that need uploading. Failed – it took me an hour and a half just getting the photos off the camera and sorting them out. Now it is time for bed.

Which reminds me: have you seen Narf ? Hee hee! Awesome work Sarah Smiles!

Do the work I am supposed to be doing because I have about 6 weeks for 4 case studies and they sure as -ss will not research and write themselves. done (although not as much as I had hoped)

I will clear and clean the kitchen and livingroom table – FAILED!!!
