ive done with losing 3 kgs.now i wanna lose 10 kgs

tomorrow i`m going to go for a walk at the circle.for sure.at 5.30 pm for an hour.cut down coffee,tea and juices and stuff to just once or twice a day.take a heavy breakfast and lunch will be little.dinner shld be less since i have to study overnight.avoid sleeping after coming back.instead stay back in college and study if necessary.dont waste tym.plan well.
