I have now lost 10 pounds. It is harder than I thought. Will be lucky to lose 15 by Jan. 1st, but will try to get rid of as much as possible.

I have now shed 6 pounds. And counting.
Have been walking at least 20 minutes a day, smaller meals, lots of salads and melon.
I am going to try this week to write everything down that I eat in a day, so I can judge how much I’m putting into my mouth. Also to do that related goal of walking at least 30 minutes each day, rain or shine.
