I started the cleanse last week but could not make it through the first day. So I started again yesterday but i allowed my self a half cup of coffee and all the watermelon I wanted. I made it through the first day and i feel go this morning. Do you think it will still ne beneficial eventhough I and not stiking exactly to the master cleanse?
