Ok, I’ve been able to go vegetarian since April with no problem. I have eaten some meat to see if I miss it but I don’t. Tomorrow I am going totally vegan for a month. Also, this means giving up sugar and vegan junk food. So basically I am going to go “whole food vegan”. I don’t think it will be hard but then again I am addicted to sugar. I am doing weight watchers and usually reward myself with a starbucks treat but I am fogoing even that. I suspect the first week will be the hardest but I REALLY want to do this and I think that’s going to make a difference.
