Finally gave into something I felt would contribute to my fear of losing my independence. Boy was I wrong! I’m loving it.
See how fears can keep us from finding our happiness!

I come from a family of runners. It’s in my DNA. I realized this reality when I lost my brother in 1989. Since then, I’ve accepted the fact that I am a runner, identified where the inclination to run came from, owned it and have been working on it…slowly but surely.
A few years ago I faced a biggie for me… my fear of heights. I chose to go up in a hot air balloon.
Scared to death…but I did it!
but wanted to add this to my “ongoing” goals list to help me to push forward, continuing to face the fear & do it anyway. Going public helps to hold me accountable.
