i’ve started taking my iron capsules and fish oil things again and they’re making feel great and full of beans, so I think I’m eating less.

Well I weighed myself on Wednesday around the same time as the day before and I was 10 and a quarter stone. I think that I was just heavier because I had been at a table quiz in the college bar and I had a beer then lots of limey juice stuff cos I was driving and all the water made me heavier.
I’ve decided to use the broken weighing scales from now on. They say you weigh a little less than you actually do (I kinda like them doing that) but they’re alot clearer than the other scales and you can actually count the pounds rather than guessing them with the other one. I am 10 stone and 2 pounds so.
Okay, I only lost 1 pound, and I know that’s shit, but I’ll try harder this week… promise
Well I definitley can’t stop eating loads of nice food, it’s too tasty. I’ll cut down on the fatty things and since I’m taking up muai thai I’ll be getting more exercise.
I’d say I’d wanna lose at least a stone. I weighed myself last night and I was 10 stone and 6 pounds. I’m going to just weigh myself every Tuesday night I suppose, and since I’m posting it on the internet (though nobody at all is reading it) it might give me some motivation to be more active since I’ll want to write down that I’ve lost weight each week.
