I’ve gotten entirely too “fluffy” since moving to TN. So… I’m revising this a little to: lose two dress sizes (since I don’t have a scale). And I’m starting over.

12 down… still tracking. Had a bad weekend for it, but it didn’t seem to do too much damage…
10 down. I’m still tracking exercise and calories. Also, I’m exercising at least 6 days a week. I walk 6 days, do yoga 6 days, and strength train 3 days. It’s been coming off at about 2lbs a week, I think.
5 down. I seem to have stalled out a little. Guess it’s time to step up the exercise and write down what I eat. Urk.
