I started running late in life, but I was getting good at it and I want to get in shape to participate in Girls on the Run with my 7 year old. I need to get on and stick to a regular schedule of exercise, but it’s hard. I stay up late and am tired from work. Any advice? I want to get up when my alarm goes off instead of snoozing so I can make the most of my day.
