be more confident

I’ve grown to be a lot more confident than I was in my last entry. I guess high school really does change people.

My only problem now is that I’m still not confident enough to give presentations. My last presentation actually went pretty well. My French teacher said I did great!
I wonder, though, if she could see my legs shaking. Probably not.

But ever since then, I’ve actually been eager to do another presenation.

I’m really shy…
I hate doing presentations in class, then again most people do.
I really need to get more confident because I’m in high school now and we do a lot more presentations than in middle school. It’s not just presentations either, I hate having to get into groups if I’m in a class where I don’t know anybody. Unfortunately this year I had a class where we had to get into groups + do a presentation.
...I never got up to go get in a group and couldn’t bring myself to ask the person next to me if I could be in their group. :/
I got an F.
Meh…
Oddly enough, though, the next week in some other class we had a guest speaker come in and talk to us about confidence she told us about how she used to be really shy in high school too, coincidentally she also took an F because she present when she was in high school.
She did a great presentation that day to our class, I hope I can get over my “shy-ness” like she did…
