knit a clapotis

I loved knitting it, a very enjoyable pattern.
and so extremly pretty and strange and… yeah, when it’s done.
I just draped myself in it and admired it in the mirror.

I was half way trough with the straight rows, when one of the ladders wouldn’t drop all the way down, I examined it closely, at realised the horrible fact that I had made a yarn over after the marker, then 1k and k tbl. in other words. I frogged the whole thing, I wasn’t able to work it out.

(if it was cheap yarn, I would have just kept going, but it is not, it’s damn expensive. and making something I wouldn’t actually use that cost so much was not happening)

I needed a portable project, so clapotis it is, started it yesterday, and I love it already :D

I bought yarn :)
(buying yarn always makes me happy, for some odd reason)
for the clapotis.
I might have to wait to knit it untill after the olympics though, but I have yarn :D

I really want to do it, and it dosen’t look too hard. I just don’t have the money to buy yarn I like for it at the moment.
I want silk!
