Looks like I’m headed to San Francisco and Sacramento next month. California here I come!

30. Louisiana

Almost had a trip to Salt Lake City next week to pick up Utah, but it’s not happening. Possibly in the fall.

Went to Las Vegas last month. Wasn’t really impressed with the town (guess it’s just not my scene), but it’s good enough for me to get Nevada.

Looks like this meeting next year will be held in New Orleans, so I should get to check off Louisiana if I haven’t by then.

Going to Las Vegas in April! No connecting flights will give me any more airport-only states, so after this trip the count will firmly be at 29.

Spent three days in Minnesota with my brother-in-law this past summer, so MN can be removed from the “airport-only” list. Went to Matt’s bar for a Jucy Lucy and enjoyed plenty of coffeeshop coffee.

Our team is having our users’ group meeting in Las Vegas next April. That’ll be state number 29 (and possibly 30, depending on connecting flight options).

28. Hit North Carolina en route to Orlando. I should keep a list of these “airport-only” states so I can hit them for real later. :-)

Even though it barely counts, I just booked a flight through Charlotte, NC. So I’ll pick up NC in a few weeks if nothing changes.

Only landed there en route to Saskatchewan, but it still counts.
