That past two weeks I have spent a lot of time at home because my work responsibilities substantially decreased. The result was that my husband and I had lots of time together. When I am less stressed and not running from one thing to another, I also am easier to deal with.

Today I heard that the problem with many relationships is that one partner’s goal is to be “right” instead of “happy.” At first thought it sounded insane, but it actually is interesting.
My husband complimented me for being so considerate last evening. I tried really hard even though he frustrated me by staying up too late. It paid off!
Sometimes during my crazy, busy life, I spend little time with my husband. Regardless of how much time we do have or don’t have together, I want to make sure that every single day I do something to make my husband’s life happier or easier.
