live an extraordinary life

They’re are people dying all over the world…Lebanon, Israel, Iraq, Darfur….and my life is so blessed, so wonderful and so extraordinary. I am so lucky. I can’t even begin to list all of the reasons why my life is extraordinary…the biggest reasons are that I have a wonderful husband, a great family, fun friends, a new house and a job that I like most of the time, but there are so many more reasons. Life is great.

Since I am visiting home, I often think about what I would be doing if I lived here still. Who would my friends be? What would I do for fun? Would I be married? Where would I work? I LOVE my hometown and I am very proud of it, but it makes me appreciate how extraordinary my life really is. My life is SO good. Within reason, I can do anything I want. I don’t have kids, few responsibilities and a major city at my fingertips. WOW.

When I am not complaining and bitching about life, my life really is extraordinary. I just need to keep appreciating it.

My life seems so extraordinary that it doesn’t feel real. Sometimes I feel like I am watching someone else’s life! Then I realize that it is mine!
