checkin the scales everyday DOESNT HELP
the scales wont change no matter how many times you stand upon them

forget about scales, – when youve lost weight.. you will notice
i havent lost any weight so far, but i want to keep trying.
i need to stop checking the scales, and focus more on how i feel then if my physical appearance has changed or not.
i think ill achieve this if i follow some of my other goals..
im startin to get annoyed though..
because no matter how many times i stand on the scales.. the weight never changes…
for ages i have been fusing about my weight. i know i am not extremely over weight, but sometimes i feel as if i were.
my friends are all athletic and have slim bodies, while im more on the curvier side.
everytime i bring this subject up with friends or relatives i am told that im not fat, but i dont feel comfortable with myself, so i would like to slim down a bit.
i don’t want to lose heaps, just feel fitter and healthier.
i want to excersize more and eat better so i start to feel good on the outside and inside.
