im starting to the positives in the negatives. i hope this will affect my way of thinking about things for what is the point of living life unhappy.

im readin this book that my friend lent me ..
and its realli good at explaining how to achieve your goals..
the part im up too talks about seeing the positive side of things.
its really helpful and i think it will help me achieve this goal
i want to link all my goals to this one.
for example, the ‘reach my goal weight’ goal, i am going to try and not think negative thoughts about my body shape so that i am not putting myself down but ecouraging myself to keep going and achieve my goal.
the dictionary defines ‘optimisum’ as;
A state characterized by a positive outlook; the expectation of a good outcome.
So, instead of me seeing some things in a negative way ..
i wont to look for the brightside in things.
always doubting yourself, or thinking neagative thoughts will get you know where.
to accomplish things in life you have to first believe you can achieve them, and that is what i would like to do.
i love being happy, and smiling.. but sometimes it becomes a bit hard when so many things are happening that you can’t control.
nothing has happened to me personally, but my friends have things go wrong, i don’t know what i can do.
i listen to what they want to tell me, but i don’t know how to make them feel better and that pisses me off soo much..
when things go wrong i always look at the bad side of it.
i want to see the good side of things, even if they seem really horrible.
i think that lifes to short to be sad all the time, i want to smile and be happy as much as i can, because before you know it .. lifes passed you by and your regreting the times you didnt get out there and experience it.
