Walk. That’s it.
I walk a mile around my neighborhood in the a.m., and frequently do the same in the p.m. It’s amazing the difference this makes.
I have fairly healthy eating habits as well, so I’m sure that helps. But I really can splurge now and then if I like and not even think about it. Took me only about three months to dump the 25 pounds I’d put on over the course of a very unhealthy 1.5-year relationship, and walking is the biggest reason for that.

Boring as hell in my subdivision but I’m doing it. On the weekends I hike at a nearby state park.
Good weather makes me feel like I should get out and take advantage of it ‘cause in Atlanta it changes so fast it can be gone if you procrastinate.

I have exercised for an average of 30 minutes an average of 6.5 times per week for over a month now. I feel so much better.
