does shaving one’s legs at 7 months pregnant count as yoga?? ;-)

Actually I’ve been doing my video about once a week and am trying to increase it because it makes all the difference on how I feel after a long weekend of being on my feet for a 10 hour shift (waitressing) if I’m more stretched out and loose.

I will also do random poses throughout the day when I think of it.

Aside from the streching, I just like how it helps me feel like I’m connecting with my baby and doing something positive for both of us.



I've been doing some poses 3 years ago

out of a book I purchased recently on Yoga for Pregnancy. Twice this week, none during my days off. I am pretty good at doing it when I get off work in the morning before I lay down to sleep so I’ll try to continue that habit.

I need to really really remain diligent about this because it does feel really good when I remember to do it and choose to take care of myself.



I found a pregnancy yoga dvd 3 years ago

I’ve done it about once a week but it’s rather boring. Especially since I had just purchased more intensive yoga dvds for myself as more of a challenge right before I found out I was preggers. :-) Oh well, it is nice and relaxing and I’ll get back to the more intense stuff soon enough.
