as it turns out. Just now I have none to budget.
That is a terrible frustrating and helpless feeling I will have to figure something out. Preferably without having to resort to government help which just irritates me…the red tape and all. I may have to get some assistance while I’m on maternity leave…either that or lose my apartment. J has not been helpful with money so far and who knows when he’ll be out and what he will be able to/willing to handle financially. One can only depend on oneself that’s for damn sure…tax money coming soon too will help with bills. I’ll have to go back to work very soon and that absolutely breaks my heart to pieces.

has got me a bit stressed since I went from having virtually no expenses outside of rent and bills to now dentist bills and baby bills.
Hoping my insurance covers a good bit of birthing expenses. I’ll shop at the Goodwill store for maternity clothes and some baby supplies if I can find things in good shape. Hopefully some people will come through with some loans on supplies or donantions…
I suspect signing another lease here would be my best bet. Jonah’s money is very funny with all this legal stuff and no prospects for a better job because of the schedule and convictions…
I hate the thought of being at my current job indefinitely but the money is fairly good.
Also, only one month pregnant and it already hurts me to think about leaving the baby and going back to work.
Settle down, Terri…cross that bridge when the time comes. I don’t want to put my baby in day care that’s for certain. I’d rather be the child care, perhaps take a few kids here if possible. I really am not sure. Is school still an option? Why not? Provided I can get a little help with tuition and I can fit it into schedule with dr appts and probation appts.
breathe…

with the big dental expense my savings are on hold for a while. Still, I’m glad I have the extra money to get those things accomplished. After it’s complete I simply set my next goal…

doing really well with this. I have a system in which to save money. I will start with a nest egg fund in savings and excess from that (about $2500?) will go into the market. I’ll speak with Larry at that point regarding retirement fund, Lucas’ college and perhaps a house fund. With the money I’m making and the simple standard of living I chose to live, it should be no problem.

I have a bit of extra cash flow but I want to be thoughtful in how I spend and save it.
There are some items I would like to purchase which I think I should allow myself.
a spot shampooer for the furniture, an espresso machine (maybe), we need a new printer and maybe a new camera, things for my kitchen makeover, perhaps the playroom (things for aubrey)....
aside from that I need to start some funds. I’ve spoken to kim who works for a broker. Basically a college fund and a retirement fund. MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO GO SPEAK WITH LARRY SOON!
I need to save for a vacation and I need to think about some sort of education or business investment including the fixing up of the house next door. Oy.
I could possibly take the weekend intensive swedish massage class and then invest in the supplies needed to do massage on the side. I think it would pay off if I just passed out cards and kept it supplemental. I could potentially get a few more kids here in the afternoons as well if needed…
Also, roll up my change and deposit it into savings of some sort.
