Okay everyone, here’s the final money toll. First, thanks to everyone, I did not go in the hole. I collected 9040 dollars.

Friday night cost 1450.00 for food and drinks

Saturday night cost 4700.00. This included food, drinks, servers, renting out the space, gratuities, clean up…..
We ate a lot more then I budjeted for and Rick did not charge me extra because we also bought a ton of his alcohol….

Sunday BBQ 1000.00 food, drinks, paper products, park permit…..

Tent rentals 400.00
DJ 600.00
Clown 200.00
Name tags 90.00
bubbles and ice 90.00
tips roughly 60.00
Folks that overpaid to keep me out of the hole….. 285.00
After sending money back to these people that I have 165.00.

Norm the final classmate count give or take a few was 77 classmates. Between all of us we have about 80 children….. With Vern and his beautiful wife leading the procreative( is that a word?) way…..

I haven’t received the final bills yet, however I will post the numbers later as well.

Hello everyone. I am afraid I have to cancel the zoo and switch us to Lyn Ary Park(thanks for the correction). I hope this does not upset anyone, if so please let me know. The zoo is really expensive. After reviewing the budget the money spent on reserving the zoo can be better spent on food and drinks. Please e-mail me with any concerns…. Thanks, teresa

Okay everyone here is what I have planned so far. Friday night will be a get together for the classmates. I chose the Snow City Cafe, Laile’s (Fairbaren)(Lana, is that the correct spelling?) place. It’s an open night for any classmate wanting to attend. I thought we should keep it kind of mellow so we are not burnt out for Saturday night which is an Alaska style luau/ Jimmy Buffetish party at Manriques Brasserie. Great little place in mid-town can hold us and our guests, spouses, sig others…... We are going to have a pig and lamb roasting on a spit, wine tasting, beer garden and dance floor w/dj. Not only will we have the brasserie, we will have the outside as well. After feedback from a number of you I decided to ditch the formal, for something more casual and relaxed. Sunday I have reserved the Zoo for the family picnic.

How does this sound? Anyone offended? suggestions are welcome

Saturday afternoon could have an optional event for kids at H2Oasis our water park. It’s actually really fun. Anyone interested?????

Plan a reunion, me? HELP!!! There is a reason my parents called me messy tess and it’s not because I have california closet style organization or any sort of organization for that matter.

I have to admit though, I have connected with a lot of old friends through this and it has been awesome. Why we lost contact is a mystery…..... And for 20 years in some cases.

Anyway, at dinner with my husband and 2 sons, I open our yearbooks and read them memories that they will never have of me. In these there is a common phrase “keep in touch.” Since I did not apply it to the last 20, hopefully I will to the next 20.
