It’s easier to smile now that I’m happy. Which obviously makes sense. But yeah. I’m doing well with this goal. :)

Instead of just sitting around the house like I usually do, I went out yesterday with my friend to seek things that would make me smile. And yesterday was one of the most fun days I’ve had in a while. :)
