well. i almost accomplished this one. i was 9lbs shy, and then multiple disasters struck. gained most of it back. sigh. must lose it again. xox

huzzah for lean meats, whole grains, and non-cream based soups, 3 servings of fruit/veggies/day, 6-8 glasses of water, 3 servings of dairy, and once-a-week weigh ins.
now to resume the weight lifting and cardio.
