great run today, I wish I was doing a better job going on the weekends though, I need a running buddy (smile)

now -the weekend 3 years ago

I have gone everyday this week. I even did my long loop twice yesterday. But over the weekend there are no Boot Camp classes. I am going to have to force myself to go alone. I think I will still get up and go at the same time (around 5am) so that I stay in the rhythem and help make it a habit.
