Things are still hard sometimes. I still have down days and nights occasionally. But overall, I’m doing much, much better. It’s hard to feel really stable when I’m so incredibly busy and stressed out, but I’m trying to stay up!

In addition to working on my dehydration issue, I learned today that I am vitamin b12-deficient. This can cause fatigue and depression too. I got a shot and will get another one in two weeks, and I’m going to start taking a supplement. So hopefully that will help make me feel better too!
Yesterday I noticed that I was feeling a little better despite having a spat with my BF. I guess that’s a good sign. Maybe being a little better hydrated – and therefore a little less tired – made a difference.
I’m really sleepy today. I’m going to try to get some good sleep tonight and drink a lot of water today, so hopefully I’ll feel better this weekend.
