Okay…I’m way behind so I’m just going to post these all at once:
October – Instead of our usual Halloween-costumed outing to a nightclub, my friends and I enjoyed a quiet evening of each other’s company at dinner. It was very different from our past Halloweens, but it was still fun, just in an older, more adult way, I guess. :P
November – I baked a four-layer white chocolate raspberry cake with white chocolate cream cheese frosting for Thanksgiving. I had never made it before, and it was even more special because I got to share it with my mom and my boyfriend’s family for the holiday meal.
December – I made homemade old fashioned chocolate ice cream with my new ice cream maker attachment. It was very good, very fun, and very fulfilling! :)
