refining my strategy 3 years ago

So another of my “work for myself” endeavors is my photography site, Sugar7. I’ve been working on refining my strategy. I’ve decided to use a capital “S” for my company’s name for several reasons that I won’t go into here. I’ve also upped my charitable donation from every sale from 5% to 7%...yay! I’m putting my cards into a local coffee shop this weekend, and I’ll be having a photography show in April there. I’ve also got a two-year plan that I feel really good about. It’s going to take time to get things fully ramped up and to feel like I’ve finally started building up my business to a satisfactory level, but I’m determined not to give up anytime soon! it's not very glamorous 3 years ago

I work for myself and I have a full-time job. It’s tough. I’m busy all the time. But I do it so that maybe one day I can drop the FT gig…heh.

I just wrapped up the design and development of a site for my friend’s shoe company. I also did most of the lifestyle photography. It’s online now—check it out!
