get the dents in my car fixed

Adding my front bumper to the list now. :(

They just fixed my windshield instead of replacing it, so there was no out of pocket cost. Hooray! A guy came to my office and 15 minutes later, my windshield was fixed. There’s just a teeny scrape-looking thing where the crack was before. It’s like magic!

My insurance company thinks my windshield will have to be replaced. That sucks, because a glass repair would have cost me nothing, whereas a replacement is going to cost me around $250. And I still have to get the dents in my car fixed. Ugh. This sucks.

But a truck bounced a rock into my windshield and made a little spider crack. So I submitted a claim today to have it repaired. I want my car back in good shape by the time I pay it off in a few months!

My dad backed out of his garage while I was parked in the driveway and, uh, forgot that I was parked there. He totally ran into the side of my car, so now my passenger side has a huge dent in it. Way to go, Dad! Just kidding…kinda. Anyway, I figure now’s the time to get an estimate for all the dents and dings I’ve been meaning to fix. It’s just bad timing, with the holidays and all my upcoming expenses (ad valorem, tax bill, timeshare maintenance, etc.). Blah.
