I keep destroying things.
Which is a bad thing.
But then I don’t have them anymore.
Which is the (only) (teensie-weensie) good part.

I’m trying to reduce my clothes. It’s rather convenient now that I can wear my boyfriend’s cothes- YES! He has more clothes than I do! – so I can wear his at home, which is very comfortable, and mine to go out. Still, I have to find the “right” kind of things- I think I should make a list of essentials. I find I have a few tops I don’t really need or that don’t fulfil their services- like long-sleeved T-shirts that are neither have a nice neckline nor are long enough to keep me warm (the latter being the point, in case someone was wondering). I want to replace them with better, nicer-looking ones.
I currently own one jogging pants (not that I ever go jogging, mind), one blue summer (thin) pants, one red warmer pants, one undefinably grey-pink (well, yeah) lowcut pants, one jeans I almost never wear because… I don’t wear jeans, a lot, and it’s pretty tight too… and one very thin clingy viscosy black pants where I closed the zipper with stitches because it broke…
I think that was it, my long trousers… if you’ve counted, you’ll come up with six in total which I think is pretty good.
In fact… when was the last time I bought trousers? Must be two years ago or something…well, the blue pants is kinda ripped off, and as I said, the black one’s technically broken.
Tees are another issue… i find i have too many i don’t actually enjoy wearing… should change! and a lot of them aren’t warm
socks too… but then, come one… socks are so pretty! and underwear too!
Ah yes… the heart of a pack rat cannot change :)
I keep keeping thing because I “might use them one day”.
Usually I don’t, can’t, but as long as I don’t force myself to actively throw them out and tell myself over and over they’re no use- I can’t put them away.
