works a treat. So long as I remember to take it around 9 or 9:30 I can be in bed and tired by shortly after 10! Now, I just need to be better about remembering to take it, brushing my teeth early enough, and not messing around until too late on the internet!

thanks to a little magic supplement called Melatonin 3 (time released) it seems to be helping me to get in bed a bit earlier.

I got it at GNC and it was inexpensive. I’ll keep trying with this goal!

I’ve been sleeping like a baby this week and perhaps it’s from the Cabbage Soup Diet I’ve been trying? I’ve even been getting in bed prior to 11:30 most nights! And, I’ve not really been waking up in the middle of the night. I’ll wake up once in the late morning and then go back to sleep for an hour until my alarm goes off!

I’ll have to learn from this week and determine what things I’ve done differently. Well, I haven’t had near as much calories as I usually would. Plus, I haven’t been eating snacks or drinking diet beverages or tea close to bedtime.

Could one of these habits be the thing preventing me from a good nights sleep?

One thing is for sure, if the bloke in the picture was here right now I’d get a MUCH better nights sleep. He’s cuddling our Little Bear baby… too cute!

It’s 10:15 p.m. and I’m going to go to bed as soon as I finish my game of Chuzzle. My alarm is set for 6:15 tomorrow morning. All in all I should get seven hours of sleep YAY!!!

Oh my, Chuzzle is very addicting!!!

I really want to get a good night’s sleep, which for me would be 7-8 hours. This is hard because I don’t truly feel that I’ll be able to sleep well until my partner Mark gets his visa approved and arrives here in the USA with me (from the UK).

I’ve tried a few things that have helped a little in the past. For one, I need to start working out more again. Secondly, sometimes drinking milk before bed helps me to feel tired. Third, I have these pills to help me sleep which are time-released melatonin from GNC. I think I should start taking those again.

Ugh, I really want to sleep well. Usually I wake up a couple times a night. I just wish Mark was here already! I think I’ll sleep a lot better then!
