Cut out McDonalds (right when monopoly is going again… ouch)... Eat way more at home. Going out to eat is expensive and most places aren’t really good for you…
Dropping fast food should start things moving.
I’ve heard from multiple people that soda is another good step.
I drink light beer as it is.
