In comes a plethora of wonderful opportunities. I am patting myself on the back, because I was aggressive. I was determined. And I followed through. For a flying-by-the-seat-of-your-pants kind of girl, this is a big accomplishment just to start something!
What I got out of being determined and focused was a huge mural opportunity at a new gym hot spot (yay!), a meeting with the director at the Domestic Violence Shelter about using my art for inspiration for women, and helping out an elderly couple that needs their dog walked. Whew! That was in all one day.
All it took was me picking up the phone and just going for it. Felt great!
