I signed up at a gym specifically because they have a pool. And I worked out a plan to swim five times a week for 20 minutes, stretch for 20 and circuit weight training for 20 minutes. If I do this for a year, I would stand to lose almost 100 pounds. By swimming three times a week for an hour, I lost 20 pounds already.
I swim slow, like my turtle friends.
