i’m still a little lazy on the weekends. :/

i’m doing really well during the week though.



my current schedule. 2 years ago

mondays- tap and musical theatre

tuesdays- tap and ballet

wednesdays- tap and musical theatre [again]

thursdays- ballet and jazz

fridays- day off

saturdays- do a little warm up dance [bran van 3000] and then dance my heart out to one song.

sundays- nothing so far…maybe i’ll start something up…maybe not. eight classes a week is exhausting.

i am now taking eight dance classes a week. two every day monday through thursday…

i really think this counts as daily…because thats enough for one dance class six days of the week and two one day of the week…



crutches. 2 years ago

i think being on crutches is the hardest workout my arms have ever gotten in my entire life.

hardcore rehersal today. you wouldn’t think the finale “one” from a chorus line [original broadway choreography, look it up on youtube] would be that tiring, but it makes you sweat like NO OTHER!!!! ahhhh.

walked up the stairs. had MT class, which was barely exercise…but it still was. also worked abs/triceps. good for me.

colleen’s class today was AMAZING. it was hard and tiring and i was sweating, but i felt SOOOOOOOOOO good afterward. good stuff.

soooooooooo…one of my spring break resolutions is to take the stairs at the landmark instead of the elevator.

now, seems like an easy task…but school is on the FIFTH FLOOR…and its not like normal where two staircases equals one floor…its THREE staircases equals one four. so that makes fifteen [although i only counted 14…maybe i counted wrong] staircases each time. and i did it twice today. PLUS ms. casserlys’s class. which consisted of semi-hardcore situps. [semi-hardcore means not so hardcore as bryan moore’s but still pretty hardcore].

YEAH. so i exercised a lot today. :D



i remember doing time warp 2 years ago

i do believe that doing the time warp for an hour qualifies as exercise.
