i took my time but i wanted to loose its slowly and i did, because loosing all that weight quickly is not good, so i did my 60 min exercise at least 5 times a week, cut out all junk food other than once a month, and i dont mean something huge, a small treat. drink plenty of water (i drank at least 2.5L a day [5.2 pint]) and always beleive in yourself. and beleive me this can be one of the hardest parts of loosing weight, self beleive and modervation. but stick in there and do it, its worth it for yourself in the long run
