Become a Real Estate Agent

Had a fantastic meeting with Gallinger Real Estate, the big company here in Central New York. They were extremely helpful. They laid out the costs, prepared me for what life in the RE world would be like, and overall made me feel awesome. I’m ready to go – I just need to come up with the $2,100 in estimated expenses it’ll take to get started. I don’t know how I’m going to do that since I’m also working on getting out of debt. I can’t determine what’s the right option. I think I need to talk to a great financial planner… but then again… MONEY! Argh.

I’ve been looking into this quite a bit. The biggest problem I’m finding is that I hear different pieces of information everywhere I go. I’ve had two different companies tell me two completely different things.
Well, I have an interview with a prestigious RE company here in Syracuse, NY tonight at 5:30 and I’m excited to hear what they have to say.
