Doing good - think I'm almost there 9 months ago

I am doing really well on this goal.
I pack my lunch now.
I eat oatmeal for breakfast every morning other
that the ones I am just sick of it. Then
I eat a veggie omelet.
I started this goal because I started having
low blood sugar episodes – one in which I actually
passed out and my doctor told me I was prone
to hypoglycemia – very hard to diagnose I guess.
But he suggested controlling it through diet before
going any further. The key is to avoid blood sugar
spikes which then cause blood sugar to dip rapidly.
I am proud to say, I have not had a shaky or
fainting episode in a long time. It really is
a miracle – I feel great – and I have energy.
