I’m one of the few people who don’t think that everyone should learn English. A language can be an identity as well as a way of speaking. My first choice of language to learn would be Japanese, for obvious reasons, but I get the feeling that I will always be more fluent in French (considering I have been doing it for six years now). I learnt Spanish for about a year and a half, but unfortunately have forgotten everything. Same goes for German.
