I keep saying I want to do yoga. After all I used to love it… and goodness knows it would be good to stretch, relax, meditate, relieve stress. Yoga has so many benefits it might as well be broccoli. (Except broccoli doesn’t increase O intensity… as far as I know. But I degress.) The point is, I am going to finally give it a go.
I’m going to take 2 hours a week out of the time I spend endlessly reloading livejournal and go to a yoga class. Wednesday afternoon at 4, I’ll be suited up, empty-stomached, and walking across the street from my apartment (could it BE more convenient??) to do hatha yoga till 6.
Right. Now we’ll see if I actualy do it…
